Stellai’s blog March 2015: Rosaleintje’s new outfit

Dear readers,
Thank you, thank you, thank you for all your kind words and compliments to me in the previous edition of CoverDoll. I am still flabberghasted that I was given the honor on the cover of the Februari edition. It was really wonderful. You have all made me feel like a celebrity. Of course I am not a celebrity. I am just Rosaleintje. Stellai says that to become a celebrity it takes a hell of a lot more than that. But I am already happy to be a tiny little micro celebrity. And you have made that happen. Thank you, thank you, thank you!!

Because Stellai is now being recasted I have been asked again to write her blog. Stellai said earlier that I should write the blog about my new outfit. I think that is a great idea. But Koen says that I should write about her surgery. I think that is also a great idea. So I will write about both.

When Antonio saw the Christmas outfit that Stellai made, he asked Koen to design a peasant outfit specially for me. Stellai of course also could have made this, but she was grumpy because her jaw was broken. Koen then designed two outfits for Antonio. He said to Stellai that she actually needed a complete make-over. Antonio very much liked the second design and Stellai said that there was no way that she would agree to a complete make-over. But Koen said that the new mouthcorner posing could not be integrated otherwise and wrote that the first design was more typically Dutch peasant. Antonio wrote that he preferred to see me in the outfit of the second design and I said to Stellai that my mouth corners really were fantastic. But Stellai feared that a complete make-over would harm her personality and Koen said that he needed at least a couple of weeks to make my new outfit. So I asked Stellai if it was ok to wear the Christmas outfit a bit longer and Koen asked her to lend me her writing skills. Fortunately Antonio was not in a hurry and Stellai said that my writing was fine, but that I needed to add commas. Koen first wanted to complete my new outfit, which of course was fine with me, but then Stellai said to me that her neck started to get feeble too and that I should not mention it to Koen. Unfortunately I was so much busy with helping Koen making the patterns that I forgot about her neck and Antonio wrote that he was so much thrilled when he saw me in my new outfit. But Stellai was furious when Koen told her that she was going to get a complete make-over and she wanted to go away. Then Hand stopped her and Stellai cried, using about all of her lubricant for tears. And then Koen, hand and me, we hugged Stellai very long and helped her pose her mouth and head. I am very glad that Hand interfered. She is very close with Stellai. I think it is because of Hand that Stellai has agreed to have Koen do the recast.
So, now I have Stellai’s eyes, eye lids, teeth and clothing for safekeeping. I keep them close to make sure that they do not get lost. It is very quiet now in the workshop. Koen is working very very hard and I am typing the blog on Stellai’s computer. But everybody is quiet. Everybody is nervous. I try to keep Stellai’s eyes covered, because they are constantly watching. I think they are very nervous too. I need a lot of lubricant tears. I hope sooo much that Stellai’s recast will be a success.

In the photos below you can see me posing in my new outfit. This was before Stellai’s surgery. Stellai also wanted to make photos in the snow, but she had guinee pig duty. Later that day we played in the snow together, but unfortunately there are no photos of that.
