Our Monthly Featured Photographer for July 2017 is Sunny Evergreen:

Drama Queen

Introducing Norah the drama queen... She is a WM 168 E model with face #56. Norah doesn’t like to get naked too much, but enjoys leaving things to the imagination…. We can’t really go outside much living in the city, so today we decided to bring a small piece of outside, inside! The shoot is minimal, but it was fun to do. We hope you enjoy!

The camera used is a Nikon D3300 using a 50mm prime lens, and some shot with a 18-55mm lens. Pictures taken in manual mode shot at 100 ISO flash synch’d at 200 using various apertures, F1.8 — F5.6 — F8 — F9 — Lighting is with 2 external flash with radio trigger. One housed in an Octagon soft box, and one bare slave flash. Post editing done using Lightroom for image adjustments, and Photoshop for high frequency separation.

Cheers!

Sunny

Note from the Editor: Each month we will feature a different photographer's work. We invite doll owners and manufacturers alike to participate in this new monthly feature. Photo shoots must meet a minimum quality level. If you do not meet that level we are happy to work with you, critique your photos and help you to raise the bar on your photography. Good photo shoots can be had with low cost digital cameras. It is all in the technique.

WOW! It was hard to believe that these photos weren't of a real person. You've had me fooled, To persuade me that I was looking at a doll I had to look at the fingernails in each photo. Yes - your photos are that realistic. You're a genius,

Best wishes
