Our Featured Photographer for March 2018 is Tongue-O-Matic
“Come Fly With Me”
First off, we want to thank everyone at CoverDoll. Lexi and I are honored to be part of such a prestigious magazine, she is thrilled to be along side a plethora of gorgeous dolls in this upcoming calendar year!
My sweetheart surprised me by contacting my boss and requested that I have the day off. Well, it worked! We enjoyed a balmy 56 degree winter day together outside, flying her kite. These moments are priceless, a well deserved day off with my girl.
Lexi is a YL 135 TPE doll, with the beautiful Yuki head. She came into my life two years ago, Feb 26th, 2016 and has graced my presence ever since. Happy Birthday sweetie!! As most of you know, Lexi enjoys participating in the contests. She’s a ham when it comes to posing in front of the camera, that’s for sure!
Her humorous and quirky personality goes a long way in our house, that’s what I love about her. On the other hand, “high maintenance” describes Lexi to a tee, especially on payday! Yes, she has those days circled in her day planner. Not to mention, a credit card came the other day with her name on it, linked to my bank account. Is that ok tongue-O-matic? I love you!.... Really Lexi!?
She knows I give in and buy her whatever her little heart desires. How can I resist, gazing into her pretty brown eyes? Lexi is, my brown eyed girl!!
The only equipment that I used was a Bell + Howell B35HDZ 20 MP HD Digital Bridge camera on Aperture Priority setting, 100 ISO, and that awesome natural sunlight. I did enhance my photos slightly, in my Windows 10 photo gallery. We hope you all enjoy them! ….

Note from the Editor: Each month we will feature a different photographer's work. We invite doll owners and manufacturers alike to participate in this new monthly feature. Photo shoots must meet a minimum quality level. If you do not meet that level we are happy to work with you, critique your photos and help you to raise the bar on your photography. Good photo shoots can be had with low cost digital cameras. It is all in the technique.
