Meet Marina

It’s Hot Outside.

Marina is a 4Woods AI Doll Max with a Marina head. She was ordered back at the beginning of October 2018 and arrive from 4woods France in February 2019. I ordered her with the following options which were part of a promotional deal that 4Woods were running at the time. Grey eyes, sexy brown nipples, medium areolas, functional fingers, round fingernails, toenails option, French manicure, soft face, upgraded wig, finally and this is the best bit, freckles on her nose and cheeks. Marina’s joined a number of other dolls I own, but currently she is my favorite and the best.

Photography, please don’t laugh at this. Up to March of this year I used a Sony A390 DSLR, which I have only taken photos in auto, and never really used any true editing software, other than basic packages to resize or maybe put speech bubbles on, my doll posts were often funny stories. With the arrival of Marina, I'm gonna have to get my act together, and speaking to a friend he suggested I took photos on my camera in manual and started learning how to use a few editing packages. Within a week I bought a new camera, I had started having a few issues with my old one.

I was then offered the chance to featured Marina here at Coverdoll, It was a big surprise and a honour. I started to think I’ve got my work cut out here; I haven’t ever done anything like this before, plus I needed to get my head around all my new kit. The photos were all taken on the patio areas at the back of my house. Due to work commitments I split it into three sets, Sparkly dress, Sunbathing bikini, and White outfit. The title for the shoot is ‘It’s Hot Outside’

Equipment

I used a Nikon D7200 with a Nikon AF Nikkor 35-70mm 1:3.3-4.5 lens, I also used a Yongnuo Speedlite YN560 II off camera flash, and really that’s the all the equipment I have. Post processing was done in Adobe Lightroom for all and Photoshop or Paintshop Pro 2019, depending which computer I was working on.
