Meet Janette

Janette is a Z-0ne 160cm b-cup silicone doll, my first large sized doll. She is the non-heating, non-standing variety of Z-one doll, with 'tan' skin.

Janette came into my life in July 2017 and is 28 years old - and always will be - for me! Her head is the ever so attractive A16, and coupled with the great 160b body, makes for a stunning, sexy, classy lady! Most of her clothes are around UK dress size 4/6 or XS, depending upon the style and stretchiness of the garment.

Equipment

All this set were taken with a Nikon budget dslr, the D3200 and a 24-120mm/f4 lens. The lighting setup is actually a 30cm square large LED garage type work-light. Backup/fill lighting was provided by another smaller 7cm square bright LED panel. To warm up or alter images I used translucent yellow and pink thin plastic film for colouring the panel lights, if required. The reflectors used are the simplest form available: a few select lengths off rolls of gold and silver wrapping foil! These were hung on tightly tied wires suspended between various poles, or shelf units within the bedroom used for the photo session. Minimal editing and resizing carried out in Lightroom V5 and PS Elements V10.

I do work on a bit of a budget, since my dolls have greater needs, such as ever more nice clothes and heels!! The two days of this little session were among the best I've had so far with Janette - she did insist on interrupting me quite often, to 'play' now and then...

Note from the Editor: Each month we will feature a different photographer's work. We invite doll owners and manufacturers alike to participate in this new monthly feature. Photo shoots must meet a minimum quality level. If you do not meet that level we are happy to work with you, critique your photos and help you to raise the bar on your photography. Good photo shoots can be had with low cost digital cameras. It is all in the technique.
