This month brings slightly cooler weather, pumpkins, and some festive outdoor photos!
Here's a few photos of my Jiusheng doll, a 148cm silicone body and a head called Yume that I got photo photograph.
I went to a friends house to do these photos, and we started filming early in the morning, right at sunrise. The doll was suspended with a line from the head, and that enabled us to get more creative standing shots. I edited out the fishing lines and bungee cords. I did not use any flash strobes, just a few LED lights set at around 5300K to get a slightly neutral color balance.
These were shot in RAW as usual, and I previewed each shot using an IPADpro, and sony's software, and then imported each photo into Adobe's Camera Raw, where I do my usual adjustments I use no compression in the raw photos, and mainly convert them into 32bit HDR photos, and the tonemap using proprietary filters to get a vibrant image and something that looks good on standard computer screens.
