In the world of love dolls and sex toys often when someone mentions a torso they tend to think of lower cost TPE based torso's with little to no features.
This has been the case for years but recently the torso has started to make a comeback and I have seen some really nice feature rich torso dolls on the market.
No longer are torso just basic TPE but instead high grade soft silicone mixes with all of the skin details and textures and features you would normally see on high end full sized dolls..
Now there are many brands making great torso's these days but some of them are just quite a few steps ahead in the game and today we are going to talk about a interesting brand I have been dealing with for a little while now and they have some exciting new news to share with people.
The company I am talking about is a brand called Erovenus.
Now you are most likely saying who the heck is Erovenus?
Well this is part of the news I will be sharing with you today .
So Erovenus used to be known as LoveNestle and there torso's where id say pretty close to the Cadillac of torso's.
You would probably ask me why this is and again there are many brands making newer Silicone based torso's but what sets this brands torso's apart from others?
Lets first dig in some about the company and explain the name change..
So I met the rep of LoveNestle a while back and was invited to do a pod cast with her about love dolls and the doll community in general .
It was a great pod cast and I had a great time.
During this pod cast I learned quite a bit about the brand and just how advanced these torso's where.
They where not just a basic torso that was fancy made of Silicone but was created with high end soft durable silicon and used advanced technology adding real skin textures and details onto the torso.
Normally these features would only be seen on full sized dolls of higher prices but this company wanted to make the torso's as realistic as they could so that the owner would get as much pleasure and enjoyment from the product as they could.
So I got one of there torso and was very shocked at the quality and look and feel of the torso.
It has a full skeleton and you can pose the leg stubs and its back and its even got neck joints so you can attach M16 style heads and pose those as well.
Of course as all of this cool stuff fell into my lap other companies followed suit and its quickly becoming quite the market .
Well whats up with the name change?
Well as impressed as I was with the product they contacted me recently again and this time said hey John we have some very exciting news to share with you and maybe you might want to write an article about it.
Now I am always up for writing articles to share great new products and features to everyone so consider me curious :).
I asked about what was up and send me some info and ill take a look.
Well it seems that LoveNestle wanted to make there products even better and add more details and features and even offer other items.
I was told they was offered merger with another brand named Erovenus that would allow them to expand and exceed even further quality then before and offer more products as well.
So I was like ok send some of the info and ill take a look.

Now the mention of them making the heads was all they needed to really say to me and I was sold.
I just had to see photos of these heads and if the heads where any where near as good as the torso's then this article was worth the whole efforts just letting people know about the heads.
Not to mention the numerous improvements to there torso's.
So the next thing is we should check out just how technical these torso are?
As I said before the details and techniques used to make these is the same they use in high end full sized dolls and below are some photos of the process.
So from looking at the photos you can see lots of work goes into modeling the body shapes and creating the actual product.
I can look at photos like this every day and find it amazing at the steps that are taken to make dolls like these.
But as mentioned in one of my older issues is that these shape files are often just smooth shapes and in order to add some kind of texture that gives skin details we need to go a bit further.
Some manufactures add in a fake simulated skin texture to the molds and this is often just fine but Erovenus wanted to go beyond just fine and do a combination of 3d scanning and body cast of real humans in order to capture the skin details.

I find it pretty impressive all this work goes into making these..
And you might have thought that Torso's where just some basic sex toy?
Well not these :).
So after looking at some of how these are made we can now talk about what kind of results they get from all this work..
And I can tell you its quite impressive.

So what are my thoughts?
I am quite impressed.
If someone wants something of quality but not a full sized doll that is hard to store this might be just what someone needs.
If you keep the box you can put these right back into the box and slide it into a closet and out of sight the doll is..
No more having to buy lower quality cheaply made torso's and if you want something just as good as a full sized doll but in a smaller package you just cant go wrong with these.
The innovation that they put into these is amazing.
