As we slowly head towards spring, the weather is warming up and it's again time to venture outside..
For this month, I am featuring my TAYU 150C, a new model recently released by TAYU, and features their Kana face, which is an articulated jaw, soft silicone mode.
For this photo set, I used the morning sun's illumination along with two extra lights. One was a small orange light that I use in many sets to help with warmer colors - places like on the side of the body.
I also used a 300W Godox flash, set to a 1/64 power so that it only illuminated the face and front of the body, and just rounds out the lighting to make everything more vibrant. When lighting is too low, saturation needs to be bumped up a notch. I always use my Sony R4 with a 85mm lens, and in a few cases due to the long focal length, have to stand 30 feet away to get her in frame. I also use my Samsung S24 ultra to get certain creative angles and videos when needed. I find the phone camera rounds out the set so I get about all angles possible that I would have missed when using the Sony on the tripod.
Anyway, enjoy the photos of Kana
