Hello and welcome to Doll News Monthly.
Last month we talked about AI based technology in the doll market..
I talked a bit about a couple of brands that had been working on this technology for years and also about the fact that very few to no brands where pursuing this technology.
It was exciting to see newer brands starting to use newer AI based chat systems in there dolls.
But one thing I had mentioned was the fact that these boxes they was using where being mounted somewhere on the dolls body.
This could be fine if the box was located in a good area of the body for example maybe on the back of the neck where the hair might cover it..
But instead the model I had the boxes used where put on the dolls sides and these boxes show up in photos and this might be a deal breaker for those that like to take photos of there dolls..
Of course its not hard to edit the boxes out in post processes but its just more steps and work that some people may not want to deal with..
Well it wasn't long after the article came out I was contacted about yet another company that was working with this same AI technology but in fact had went quite a few steps forward and created a custom head skull that is strong but hollow allowing the company to start putting in AI and robotic based technology into there heads..
The company we are talking about today is a rather newer company named TopFire.
I checked out there products and found the dolls to be quite nice looking and decided I would check there products out..
They where very cool and really wanted me to see what the future of there AI and robotics technology might bring to there future product line up..
They sent me a prototype head that contains some features that we have not seen yet from china based companies.
So TopFire is not new to robotics and have been creating doll bodies with robotic features for a while now so it only seems obvious they would move forward and try innovating there heads as well.
So this prototype head is very interesting..
It contains a few features that some people might like and some will just not have much use for..
For example the head is Oral capable but they went further and added in heating into the head :).
This is kinda cool if you wanted to use the doll for oral as a warm doll is always better then a cold one ..
Also this head has a auto sucking or licking feature that you can control the speeds and duration of with either buttons on the back of the head OR an included remote control :).
I thought the remote was a really cool addition.
Also included inside the head is a modified version of the Meta Box AI chat system that I reviewed in last months article ..
They added in microphones that are inside the ears of the head ...
I thought this was interesting and might open up doors to future features such as maybe tracking eyes that follow your voice around the room by using the two microphones in the dolls head :).
At the moment the speaker is in the back of the head and of course the sound quality is not perfect but again beings everything is actually inside of the head there could be future features added like maybe Blue Tooth pairing where you could pair the dolls AI system to Blue Tooth devices around your house :).
This is the stepping stone needed to move forward in today's robotics and AI based technology that can be used in future dolls..
Things like maybe a data cable that sticks out near the top of the neck that plugs into the head allowing the head to talk to other features that doll might have..
Control robotics like moving hips and transfer data to the AI based head from sensors around the dolls body so it knows when you touch her breast or different areas of her body.
A REAL digitally controlled heating system that could be controlled via apps or a more advanced remote control system that can allow you to adjust the temperature of your dolls body.
Maybe control auto lubrication systems...
The list goes on and on..
And before you say well that's years and years ahead of us..
NOOOOO its not..
All of what I just said CAN be done with basic modern available technology ..
Yeah ok the dolls wont get up and walk around your house for quite a while but all of these features I mentioned above are the kinds of things that we could see very shortly in future dolls on the market..
I find this very exciting and I really hope that companies like TopFire keep moving forward with this technology..

As you can see the head looks very normal when there is hair on her ..
This is fantastic and everything is covered up and no post editing needed when doing photos..

Also my model has AI added and the remote control as well..

And lastly is a photo of there brand new skull system that allows for all the electronics to fit into the head.
I am very impressed so far with the advancements of this technology and I look forward to seeing where all this takes the future doll market..
