Bubbles Day Out

Since it's a nice day outside I figured it would be OK to leave Bubbles and Pookie out on the porch for awhile. I warned them not to get into trouble while I was cleaning out the closet.

I really shouldn't worry. While they're adventurous by nature it's not like I shouldn't trust them.

I hope my neighbors won't see them. Mr. Skinflint loves Bubbles but Mrs. Skinflint hates Pookie.

If they were to escape from the porch and coast down the hill that would put them on a course down Main Street which leads straight to the freeway.

Speaking of the freeway, that's where our upstairs neighbor Mrs. Kaminski is right now on her way home from work.

I'd better hurry up and get this closet cleaned. Mrs. Kaminski doesn't care much for Pookie either.

Pookie is keenly aware of his reputation in the eyes of Mrs. Kaminski and Mrs. Skinflint.

OK, I'm finished! I'll go bring Bubbles and Pookie inside before anything happens.
