Our Golden Orchid.

It seems to be a Golden Month.

We are showing this photo for those who do not visit elsewhere and thus have not seen it when it was entered in the August photo comp.

The story behind this is that many, many years ago, in a different universe, muz and his first wife spent some time with friends in Singapore. While there we were struck with the beauty of Orchid Jewellery (not common at that time) - no one piece is the same as they are made from real flowers.

The Orchid flower, in some respects, reflects the shape and form of female genitalia. Is that why we find them so attractive? Anyway, imagine our delight when we found a golden orchid jewellery set of pendant and earrings at one of our thrift shops for $3.00 Surprised Smile . Sometimes one just gets lucky.

Thanks for sharing that with us and for reshowing this photo which I sadly missed the first time.

That's a great story which inspired the photo. Although I knew that the orchid is valued highly as a beautiful flower, I never new of the connection between the flower and the female genitalia.

Surprised Wow! Your lady looks absolutely lovely! The orchid jewelery totally suits her, as she is a beautiful flower in her own right.

Is that a butterfly tattoo I notice peeking out of the waistband of her panties? :D That's very, very sexy!
