January - and a few New Year Crackers.

Dear Readers,

Happy New Year. We hope you had a good and enjoyable festive holiday and will welcome Cami to the Dolltime girls this year. She is simply delightful.  We thought we would start the year off with a handful of simple lighthearted one liners. For Example:

SECRET: - Something you tell to one person at a time.   Now we wonder what secret Cami is whispering to Noni in the dimness of the den?

Lets hope it is really saucy with sexual overtones  .

And so on to the others:

ADULT: - A person who has stopped growing at both ends and is growing in the middle.

DUST: Mud with the juice squeezed out.

INFLATION: - Cutting money in half without damaging the paper.

MOSQUITO - An insect that makes you like flies better.

TOMORROW: - One of the greatest labour saving devices of today.

COMMITTEE: - A body that keeps minutes and wastes hours.

WRINKLES: - Something that other people have, similar to our character lines.

FOREIGN AID: - When poor people of a rich country give to rich people of a poor country.

And if those did not give you a bit of a smile at least, maybe these will.

Mothers hope their sons will grow up to be what they once thought their husbands were.

Efficiency is a highly developed form of laziness.

Never finish anything you have not started.

The older you get, the better you were.

There is nothing wrong with teenagers that reasoning with them won't aggravate.

Honesty is the best policy - there is less competition.

One cause of an inferiority complex is ... inferiority.

SAVE THE EARTH. It's the only planet with chocolate.
