Kari has found a new home

For a while now I've been trying to decide my old Realdoll Kari's fate. Sadly, I don't have the facilities, time or patience for doll repairs. So the options were to donate her to a new owner or "let her go". For almost a year Kari has been stored in the basement but a week ago she was picked up by a new owner. Things were looking bad for a while as the new owner thought he wasn't able to fix her up and saw "letting her go" as the only option. But the time of miracles isn't over. A woman with experience from working with silicone was looking for a doll in need of repairs and Kari has already moved in with her.

I wish Kari the best of luck in her new life.

It might be just me, but I can't see the picture of her. :?

 

But no matter as long as she's safe 'n' sound that's the main thing. ;)

Nice to hear that she has found a new home :) She look like a really nice doll, I hope the new owner will post some pics of her at CoverDoll when she's repaired. ;)

A huge burden was lifted off my shoulders and I'm so relieved it was solved this way.

For some reason I can't place the picture in the post. Do you have any idea why, Carl?

Now the picture is in place! There's something called compability viewing in my browser, I turned it off and then it worked. Thank goodness. It gave me a solid headache.

Good to hear Kari has a new home.

It is always a bit of a worry and we well understand what you mean when you say a burden has been lifted from your shoulders.
