Into Darkness

Beam me up Scotty.....

Hi everyone, :)

This month due to the release of the latest Star Trek move "Into Darkness," http://www.imdb.com/title/tt1408101/ and the fact that I'm a big Trek fan. I went ahead and made a full size movie poster of the film. The theme of the poster was inspired by a promotional flyer which I found on the net. The poster is made in Bryce 7.1 pro and Adobe CS6. The Enterprise is a model from Ricky "MadMan" Wallace www.madshipyard.com, plus a promotional Paramount photo of Benedict Cumberbatch whom plays the bad guy in the new movie.

Most of the poster was painted in CS6 and this took me about six weeks of on and off work. I also made a V.Babe poster to go with this. That can be found here /drupal/node/1611

Thanks my friend :) It took me six weeks of hard work but I think it was worth it.

Thanks for that Kharn. I must be twisted - I find myself rooting for Capt Kirk's opponent  but then anyone against the 'establishment of bad guys' (our pollies) is OK by us   )
