Videos and photos.

Not sure how others feel but it is a bit of a nuisance having to go to ones account and changing the 'enable / disable' tiny mce everytime one wants to post a video (song game) then reversing it to post a photo (blog).

Also being unable to cross post photo from the CD gallery to TDF using the 'copy image address'.

Now CD and TDF are under one roof - so to speak - any chance this will change in the future?

Cross posting pics works between The Doll Harem and The Doll Forum.  I'm guessing that's because they're under one roof.  So why not between CD and TDF?

Cross posting between the Doll Harem was set to work from the beginning but CD and TDF where separate sites until just recently ;) . Also the security in gallery 2 is far higher and more complicated than Coppermine (which TDA and TDH use).

At the moment, the only way to link and view from TDF to CD, would be to be logged in to the CD galley. So if you were just a visitor to TDF you wouldn’t be able to see a photo in a post from CD at TDF unless you where a member of the CD gallery and logged in.

We are going to fully integrate TDF with CD, but it’s a mammoth task and will take us a good few months. We still need to change over CD to our new high speed server where TDF now is. When this is done the work of integrating can begin.

So in the meantime, if you want someone at TDF to see a photo fro CD, then you will have to post it at TDF or get them to join CD, until we change over.
