Alexa was looking forward to flying off to a glamorous beach, but couldn't get her vaccinations. She got hold of a pair of wings and fantasised the weather was hot and sunny. She brought a book to read and fell asleep waking up to read seriously. Meanwhile Herman was watering the garden and spied her lying there, wondering how he might attract her attention. So he found a bigger set of wings and suggested they'd be more comfortable. Alexa lifted her head . . . and was unimpressed. He wasn't part of her fantasy

Poor Herman
It may not be the glamorous beach, but the holiday feeling is all over on this photo series. I am sorry for Herman that Alexa is turning him down. Maybe he needs to think of a more creative approach to get Alexa under his wings.
