An Adventure with Bella

My Journey as Photographer of the Month

Hello everyone! My name is John, I’m 61 years young and I hail from the charming Netherlands. Photography has always been my passion, and in recent years, I’ve discovered a fantastic new muse in my Zelex doll, Bella. With her stunning body 172 and head 201, Bella has been the star of many whimsical photo sessions in my small, homemade photo studio.

For this fun-filled series, I dusted off my trusty Canon 5D Classic and paired it with a nifty 50mm 1.4 lens. This classic camera, though it’s seen better days, still delivers results that make my heart skip a beat. And that 50mm lens? It’s my secret weapon, creating beautiful bokeh and sharp details that bring Bella to life.

Picture this: my cozy little home studio, with Bella posing like a pro and me scurrying around adjusting lights. I used two softboxes with constant lighting, which made Bella shine even brighter. Some say it’s like having my own little sun in the room!

For a touch of magic, I used a greenscreen for several photos. This allowed me to whisk Bella away to all sorts of imaginative settings. One minute she’s in a lush forest, the next she’s in a garden full of roses. The possibilities were endless, and Bella was the perfect travel companion through it all.

In one special photo, I even used FaceApp to give Bella a beautiful smile. It added a touch of joy and warmth to the image, making her look even more lifelike and expressive.

In this playful series, I aimed to capture the many facets of Bella’s personality. From elegant and sophisticated to downright cheeky, each photo tells a part of her story. Working with her was an absolute delight, and every session was filled with laughter and creativity.

I hope you have as much fun viewing these photos as I had creating them. Bella and I are excited for many more adventures together, and we’re thrilled to share our journey with the wonderful readers of Coverdoll.
