"Remember, this is a deep cover mission, you can't fuck this up."

She sighs. "I know, don't worry so much. I've been briefed on the parameters; I won't make any mistakes." She slips on her leopard print gloves and clenches her fists. After a few seconds she looks up at you. "Is there something else?"

"N-no," you stammer. "That's all. I just... Do you have any questions?"

She laughs and turns back to her vanity to apply lipstick. "Nope. It's simple seduction and assassination. Get in, seduce the target, eliminate the target, get out. Easy. What could go wrong?"

You shift nervously on your feet. "You could be in there for months. Any number of things could go wrong."

She slams her lipstick tube on the table and turns to you, glaring fiercely. "I've been in the unit for three years. I've earned my stripes. I appreciate your concern, but frankly it's annoying. You've done what you came here to do. I'd appreciate some time alone."

"I..." You bite your lip. "Okay. Fine. Sorry. It's just that..." You shake your head. "No. Never mind. It's nothing." You turn to the door but her hand clenches your shoulder and stops you.

"You what?" she asks.

You look over your shoulder at her. Those piercing, glistening icy eyes freeze you in place. She slinks closer, her bare breasts brush your shirt. "I..." You clam up and look down at the floor.

She sighs harshly and releases you, spinning away. "Fine. Be that way."

"I love you."

She gasps. "You what?"

"Love y-"

"Shh. Don't say it again." Her face is red, despite her makeup. You can't tell if she's blushing or pissed off. She sits on the stool before her vanity. "Come here." You stay rooted in place. "Come here, god damn it!" she says, louder this time. You take a hesitant step towards her. She grabs you. Soon, your face is buried in her breasts. When she finally releases you enough to breathe you look up in her with shock-filled eyes. "Was that so hard?" she asks.

"W-what?"

"Saying you love me. I've known for a while now. I was...worried I'd leave for this mission without hearing it from you. I'm happy."

"You knew?"

She snorts and giggles. "Hell yeah. It was pretty obvious. Anyway, this is the last night we'll be able to do anything about it for a while now. Why don't we take advantage of that and enjoy ourselves?" She stands and guides you toward her bed. "The mission's not important tonight," she says, laying you down with a playful push. "You are."
