Our Featured Photographer for July 2020 is Tighes1

Meet Sam

This is Sam. Some of you will know her already from previous shoots. She is a full size 157cm KimberDoll with a #273 WM Doll head. She has been with me for around 6 months and is a sister to my other girls.

The shoot took place in my studio just before Sam and her sister Alicia were heading off to a music festival. She had bought herself a new lace festival outfit which looks just amazing on her!! She is such a beautiful girl and always loves getting in front of the camera!!

The shoot took place in my studio with a couple of props added in. The main prop is my red chair. Photographs really well being red. The table, lamp and Homepod are from my lounge room. I’ve shot this against a black velour backdrop.

Equipment

The equipment I have used is a Canon 1D Mk4 DSLR camera with a 24-70 f2.8 L series lens and Godox xPro trigger. The main light is a Godox AD600BM studio strobe with a Godox AD200Pro with a grid used as a kicker light to fill backgrounds positioned just behind the red chair. The softbox I’ve use is a Selens 140cm deep parabolic softbox.
