It is the 1st of February and the 104th issue of CoverDoll is now up and buzzing with new content.
Remember, the new CoverDoll web site is now fully interactive with blogs, columns, polls, articles and reader comments. Our DollHouse Blogs are open to ALL who wish to use them to showcase their dolls. Penthouse Suites are for our feature dolls, but Regular Suites (all the same features) are there for profiling other dolls. Your Doll Profile should be written up similar to the featured dolls and your additional posts as blog entries. All your posts will appear together when someone clicks on your blog. Also, your Blog can have as many Doll Profiles as you have dolls. Photos, sound & video files can be attached directly to the blog entries, however, our external gallery is available to handle a much bigger variety of files and resolutions up to 300 pixel. You can also link in any 3rd party Gallery photos to your blog if supported referral links are supported by the third party
This is a great system for showcasing your dolls...but a poor system for general discussions (forums). If you wish to discuss things about dolls in general you should visit our partner site - dollforum.com It is essentially the "Clubhouse for doll lovers and admirers" with over 25,000 members to talk to. A new gallery system allows, for the first time ever, to include all past CoverDoll photo Shoots. We apologize that some problems have been encountered with the Internal Gallery module. Hopefully on the next software upgrade it will function correctly. For the time being, you must use the external gallery link which will require you to enter your user name and password again. Sorry for an inconvenience.
CoverDoll of the Month
Our featured doll for this month is Phoebe and her girlfriends, Penelope and Bethany. One has to hold on tight with these party girls. They are all RealDolls but all very different. Let me give you a little profile on the all.
Phoebe:
Face 11, Body 2, natural makeup and nails. Dark green eyes and medium skin tone.
Phoebe is a natural leader, intelligent and cunning, she works for "The Company". Don't ask her to elaborate. Though she never says were she goes she is a world traveler. She met Mahtek in 2004 through a website and they have been an item ever since. Though they seem to be opposites, she seems to be happy. "Just give me a quiet safe house and don't ask any questions" is all she asks.
Penelope:
Face 8, Body 5, natural makeup and nails. Hazel eyes and tanned skin tone.
Penelope first met Phoebe while working as a librarian. Educated and well read, she'd always dreamed of a glamorous life. With Phoebe's help she became a party hostess for the Embassy service, allowing her to live the life she's always dreamed of. This often results in her helping Phoebe with her job at the "Company".
Bethany:
Face 4, Body 5, natural makeup and nails. Blue eyes and tanned skin tone.
Bethany is a certified party girl. With an IQ of 160 she's been accepted and expelled from most of the major universities in the U.S. She could care less. Phoebe met Beth in a club and was struck with Beth's ability to manipulate men. Beth is usually in attendance at all the parties that Penelope throws.

Now what has our own photographer been up to this month, well I think he's been visiting some pole dancing bars by the look of things, wow those girls sure make the big bucks. Ceilidh seems to have taken up this noble profession and it looks like she is the one now making the big bucks. Some guys have all the luck, a doll that goes out and brings in the big money!

Wow what a poster this month! Let me tell you this was no easy one and took me a good few hours. I called it "Midi" Vegas. Yes it's Midi's on going adventures as he visits the AVN Las Vegas, just look who he meets and those Teddy Babes seem to be real babe magnets. I have made this poster to go with his gallery and review. Be warned the poster is very big, but worth the look at full size.
Okay we are now well into 2009 and things are hot around here at CoverDoll. We are keeping up our promise of offering more each month. Already many new improvements have been made, including new RSS content feeds from partner sites and improved blogging capabilities and improved content publishing for subscribes. As we promised CoverDoll will continue to evolve and grow, adding it's unique brand of style content to the community.
