When you first open it up it's like "Wow this is cool" then it's all down hill from there. This is the most delicate figure in my collection. The head refuses to stay on and there is no neck movement. No way will I even try to put that 2 piece mask on him. It is 1/6 scale (his head is) the body is small intentionally as his cursed existence. He is very hard to pose, his hands and arms fall off just trying to move him. But he is so damn cool I dealt with it and all though I won't get another one of their products, this one is the only one I would still get. The rest of the set is very cool and all the props are a great addition to any hellish landscape you envision.

I have no idea what his real back ground is. All that matters to me is he is red and a Demon and a perfect match for Purgatori and the little ones need a Dad after all!!

No Rest for the Wicked (Part 1)

Every once in a while it's good to take a break and enjoy the smaller things in death. Taking a much needed break from the strain of being Hell's master keeper of Hell Fire, we find Darkblood and his lovely wife, Purgatori, and their four daughters enjoying a lovely night at their favorite vacation site. Hell's giant lake of "Bitter Tears" and one of the few ice ponds (Hellfire can burn so bright it will turns to Hell ice, which will never melt). As the happy couple relax their daughters enjoy themselves and even the family dog, Bonegrinder, was there.

Well there is no rest for the wicked as their night in the moon light was interrupted. One of Darkblood's minions tells the Demon Lord that his Armies General, Sariah, Goddess of War requires counsel. Sariah presents herself and swears eternal loyalty. She tells her Master that the recent battles with the Angelic forces  have strained her armies resources and she could use his personal Champions. The Knights of Fire, under her command as reinforcements.

Set:

The standard warrior format that I don't care for. Why they swap between pieces made to slip on with on greif and tiny leather like straps with clipsand snaps sewn on with single threads. With all the pieces already dangling to putting all the hardware on the process was tedious and required extra hand tools. But like most Phicens they stand and pose well. Just be careful because all that pointy stuff is sharp!

Back Ground:

Be without fear in the face of your enemies.

Be brave and upright that God may love thee.

Speak the truth even if it leads to your death.

Safeguard the helpless. That is your oath.

And that so you remember it.

Rise a knight!

I really don't understand but am guessing that they have never actually heard of or seen a real knight or they perceive them as all demonic. I played War Hammer and Dungeons and Dragons and I know what Knights of Chaos from Hell look like. In fact I have three that fit that description perfectly!

No Rest for the Wicked (Part 2)

Darkblood agrees to Sariah's request and using his demonic hellfire he calls forth his strongest of all his Knight's of Fire. Come forth my Champions of Hellfire he cries as 3 times his staff erupts in a cone of flames and they appear. Black, the Silver and then last the Knight's commander, Gold!
