As the final days of summer draw to a close, I managed to get a few shots of Stacie, a RealDoll2 in a new garden that was just finished. I already have an outdoor kitchen and gazebo, but I never had a park bench like setting that I wanted. So after a month of work, the garden was finished and I decided on Stacie to be the first to be featured. In the pictures the shadows are really lit nicely and just a trace of shadows remain. The strobe was aimed 45degrees upward so the light would illuminate the entire area. I used faceapp to bring her to a smile, which really adds a warm feeling of home. I also wanted her to pose as natural as possible, and to capture that exact moment! One advantage of RD's is they do not have tight skeletons and thus can be posed in a fluid manner easily. Stacie is already 4.5 years old and is in unbelievably good shape with not a scratch on her. Anyway, enjoy the pics, and till next time!
