Legend of the White Snake and Green Snake - Anime

Legend of the White Snake:

The story follows the Chinese fable the Legend of the White Snake. The protagonist is a young adult white snake-demon Blanca/Bai Suzhen who loses her memories while being disguised as a lovely human woman and falls in love with a snake hunter. This strongly displeases her young sister, Verta/Xiaoqing, the green snake-demon. As a female snake demon Bai Su Su possesses the spirit blood, a powerful element that will significantly bolster a demon hunter's might. Blinded by their greed and desire for strength, the demon hunters seek to harm the snake demon for their own gain. Xu Xian, a demon hunter from the disgraced family of demon hunters, manages to capture Bai Su Su. He intends to sell Bai Su Su for a fortune to restore his family's pride and reputation. But fate plays a cruel game on Xu Xian as he begins to fall in love with Bai Su Su. Torn between his love and life's pursuit, what will be Xu Xian's decision?

Owner of Precious Jade takes on the form of a girl in her young teens, with a human face on one side of her head and a fox face on the other. She is a cunning and sophisticated businesswoman. She knows people well, and is good at using her advantage to make deals. When Xu Xuan visited her and asked for help, she briefly became sentimental and said that she had been young and self-indulgent which revealed she may had a complicated past with a human, but it is also possible that she was playing with Xu Xuan.

Green Snake:

Two snakes reformed into two beauties. White Snake chose pedagogue Xian Xu as her husband and enjoyed human life, while Green Snake played around every day. Jealous to White Snake, Green Snake kept on flirting with Xian Xu. Xian Xu eventually found they were snakes ... After being tempted by Green Snake, monk Fahai decided to imprison the two "monsters". He kidnapped Xian Xu. A battle began ... Just then, White Snake borned her new baby. What should monk Fahai do? Adapted from an old Chinese folk story but quite different from the original.

Sets:

VSTOYS 21XG72 The Fox Soul Custom Kit: Your standard Head and Outfit set where you supply the body. This is of course a version of Owner of Precious Jade and will perform as our narrator.

Green Snake Owner of Precious Jade from Sideshow and TBLeague: You can not begin to comprehend this tiny body when you see it. I don't imagine it will be used any other place (other than another version of her). This body is like the 1/12 scale the way the hands attach. Nicely dressed and easy to pose but with little soft feet will require a stand or clever postioning. The head is kind of a bit of disappointment. The art is lovely and the size is a match for the character but the Fox face is all one piece. Would have liked 2 versions like the VSTOYS set has using magnets.

White Snake - XiaoBai-Blanca from Sideshow and TBLeague: So simple a set and all dressed for you. The only down side is the sculpted hair can limit some head poses. But all around a perfect figure!

White Snake - Xiaoqing-Verta (international edition) from TBLeague: This set is just like her sisters' set. Nice and easy with a fully dressed figure who poses and stands just fine!

Green Snake - Xiaoqing-Verta (international edition)  from TBLeague: There always has to be one that's a pain and this is the set. The issues are the rifle is to big and won't fit in her hands to simulate shooting and the boots do not have a tight socket so she wobbles and difficult to stand without help!

White Snake - Owner of Precious Jade-Fox Demon (international edition) from TBLeague: I love this set just like the other version of her. Just put that little jacket on and ready to go. If she had hard feet I would of wet my pants.
