Masai's blog: April 2023 – Maintaining a Work-Life Balance
Recently I was having a conversation with Lorrie about maybe slowing down a little bit with our hectic schedule and pulling back a little bit to relax more. I really enjoy my back yard because there are lots of squirrels and many species of birds, 5 squatter cats and lots of trees. She really wasn’t feeling me because all she cares about is looking pretty and doing CD photo shoots. I had a little scare which landed me in the hospital and during recovery I had to take stock of how I am living and realized...I need to slow down even in retirement. I was alway busy with painting in my studio, taking care of my property, gardening and pampering my gorgeous Netty Boo – Lorrie Luster.
She is high maintenance as all get out but is in denial about it, whatever Lorrie, I’m the one doing all the work. It is so important to balance things in life because for one thing it is short and precious and if you don’t, unforeseen circumstances can knock you off your perch. When I traveled to Europa I saw that they have a totally different mind set and they take it easy. In Paris during the day everybody is at some freakin cafe drinking and chopping it up for hours. When do you guys go to work?
I’m not even mad at them though, matter of fact I’m taking a page out of their book and slowing down and enjoying the finer things in life because no day is promised and I am blessed to still be here. After sitting down with my honey and convincing her to pull back on her unrealistic demands so Daddy can continue to love on her...she finally got it and we are kind of on the same page now. This makes me really happy and helps me as I am in a 3 month recovery period and I need her understanding. All this being said, we all have to slow down a little sometimes and maintain that important “Work Life Balance” just so we can truly go the distance without many interruptions.

This green and yellow is like a very lemony punch. It's a bit head-turning, and it's very pleasant.
Enjoy life; a little walk in the garden when the sun is shining, then a nap next to your solar Lorie. The first thing you'll see when you wake up will be her gorgeous breasts covered in black tulle and her beautiful sweet eyes. It seems to me a nice program for a happy life.

4891d, Thank you so much for your beautiful sentiment. After reading your words I realize I do have a pretty good life with my cozy comfy Lorrie by my side. When I look at her it gives me so much pleasure and I'm blessed to have her. Also I did just what you suggested, I took a walk in my lush backyard and hung out while the Sun was shining, and I try to get in a few naps along the way. Though my medical recovery is challenging, the most important elemnet is that I am alive. Bless you 4891d
