This month I am focusing on making a few pics using an app called faceapp, which one can get for your mobile device, or as I do , run it through an android emulator on PC.

This program allows for creative effects like adding smiling, frowning, hair color, and face makeup. It does this thather well, as I can get similar effects the hard way in photoshop, but smiling faces are something it does very well. In fact so well, that it's hard to tell it's not real.

This month, I had quite a few opportunites to do a lot of photos outdoors. I barely finished the patio,  the pergola and decorations just in time for our last doll meet. However, it was just me in these sets, and these pics are the result.

Last month (March) has been for sure a rainy one, and now it's getting into the dry season, and outdoors become are reality. As many know, I enjoy outdoor photography, and have invested in a high speed sync strobe (Godox) that enables one to shoot outdoors even in blazing sun. The strobe basically strobes several times per second to sync with the rear curtain of the camera so a continuous strobe light is captured.
